You can enjoy steak sets and courses that use plenty of seafood and vegetables, with a focus on charcoal-grilled steaks and stone-baked steaks that offer an otherworldly cooking experience.
We need a little time to ensure the best possible taste.
At our restaurant, we slowly grill our meat in a stone oven to bring out the natural flavor of the meat. Please note that it may take some time as we take great care in preparing the meat. If you decide on your menu when you reservation, we can prepare the ingredients before you arrive, allowing us to serve you smoothly.

Kuroge Wagyu beef from Tottori Prefecture
Tottori Wagyu beef, which comes from a bloodline called Tottori-style, is known to have a high content of oleic acid, which affects the texture and flavor of the meat. The melting point of the fat is low, so you can feel it melting in your mouth as soon as you put it in your mouth, and you can enjoy the finest charcoal-grilled steak, which is cooked in a stone oven to bring out the maximum flavor.

Kobe beef
Kobe Beef, which has captivated palates around the world, is made from Tajima cattle, which have a history of approximately 1,200 years, and is Japanese Black beef produced in Hyogo Prefecture that has been carefully selected under strict standards.
The rich flavor of the finely marbled meat and the sweetness of the melting fat is truly a work of art. By slowly cooking it in a stone oven, the flavor is maximized, allowing you to enjoy its charms to the fullest as a superb charcoal-grilled steak.
