TAIZO SHIBANO
Born in Noto Town, Ishikawa Prefecture.
The company aims to become a "comprehensive manufacturer of dairy products originating from Ishikawa Prefecture" that is world-class in its Gelato, cheese, and yogurt.
He has produced numerous shops across the country through Gelato illusion and Gelato supervision and consulting.
He is constantly exploring new possibilities beyond the boundaries of Gelato, demonstrating his multifaceted talents by developing many new products through Gelato workshops, collaboration with farmers and other companies.

We use an original paste made from roasted pistachios, the queen of nuts. Blended with raw milk from Noto, this is a highly recommended product that is packed with our commitment to quality. *Grand Pistachio is a premium taste that costs +200 yen.
