A fake account posing as the official Instagram account LIBER HOTEL OSAKA (@liber_hotel) has been confirmed.

・The hotel will not contact the winners before the end of the monitor campaign period.
・We will never ask for personal information, financial institution information, credit card information, etc. via DM.
・Winners will only be contacted via DM from this account.
・We will not accept friend requests or follow any users from locked accounts claiming to be from our restaurant.
- Never tap on links from fake accounts.

If you click on a URL in a DM (direct message) sent from a fake account, your information and personal information may be obtained by the sender and may be misused.
If you receive a suspicious DM, please delete the DM without access on the URL listed, and block the fake account to prevent any further damage.
There is also a possibility that other similar fake accounts may exist, so please be sure to check the username etc.

Once a fake account is confirmed, we report it to Instagram as spam and an impersonation account.
