Introducing a strawberry buffet that combines sparkling strawberries with the sophisticated atmosphere of New York. Enjoy an exciting strawberry festival surrounded by the sophisticated atmosphere of New York in the impressive brick-walled space of Dining BRICKSIDE, the hotel's third-floor restaurant.

■A variety of delightful sweets made with plenty of strawberries

The "Strawberry Cream Chiffon Cake" is a cute looking item topped with plenty of fresh strawberry cream. In addition, the "Strawberry Tart" and "Strawberry Cream Puff" are other familiar sweets that are topped with strawberries, further enhancing the sweet and sour flavor of the fruit.

The lineup also includes arrangements of classic American sweets such as "Oreo muffins" and "Strawberry chocolate chunk cookies." For live sweets, we offer a "Strawberry and chocolate waffle parfait" topped with waffles.

In addition, "All-you-can-eat fresh strawberries" will be available during Golden Week! We offer the "Brickside Style Shrimp Cocktail," which combines ketchup and horseradish to create a refreshing sauce, as well as the "Waldorf Salad," which is inspired by the traditional New York salad and combines apples, walnuts, and celery.

The main dishes include the spicy Cajun Chicken Brickside Style, which will whet your appetite, and Rockefeller-style Grilled Scallops, which are scallops topped with herb butter and cheese. The menu features a variety of classic American dishes that have been arranged in the style of the LIBER HOTEL, inspired by New York, where diverse food cultures intersect.
