We have combined strawberries with fragrant herbs to create an afternoon tea that incorporates the aroma of food, allowing you to enjoy not only the taste but also the aroma.

The lineup is full of tempting treats, including the "Strawberry and Pistachio Herb-Scented Tart" (front left), which uses rosemary and pistachios in the tart dough and has a harmonious blend of strawberry and rosemary aromas; the "Herb Chicken Sandwich with Raspberry Sauce" (back left), which is paired with a sauce that has the tartness of raspberries; the "Strawberry-Style Macaron with Lemongrass White Chocolate" (front right), which has a cute strawberry appearance; and the "Strawberry Cupcake" (back right), which uses strawberries in both the dough and the cream.

We offer two types of cocktails: "Refreshing Berry," a refreshing non-alcoholic cocktail in which the scent of rosemary brings out the sweetness of berries, and "Japonesque Garden," an alcoholic cocktail made with matcha, yuzu, and shiso leaves to evoke the image of a garden. These beautifully colored cocktails can also be enjoyed as a high tea set with afternoon tea.
