"Winter Journey Japan - A Seasonal Dinner & Sweets Buffet Touring Japan's Winter" will be held in two separate periods. Set in various parts of Japan, the menu will feature a diverse range of dishes using local specialty ingredients and regional delicacies. The hotel chefs will prepare the dishes in Liber's unique style. Enjoy the flavors of each region to your heart's content, as you will feel like you are traveling.

■ A lineup incorporating local ingredients and popular gourmet foods from all over Japan
"Whale Harihari Nabe" is a local Osaka dish made by cooking whale meat with plenty of mizuna. The refreshing broth brings out the flavor of the whale meat and mizuna, making it a heartwarming dish perfect for winter.
In addition, popular regional delicacies from various regions are being arranged in a River style. From the Kinki region, dishes such as "Domestic Beef Tendon Soba Meshi," which is said to have originated in Hyogo Prefecture and is made by stir-frying yakisoba noodles and rice in sauce, and "Oven-baked Pork Shoulder Loin with Red Wine-Flavored Tonteki Sauce," inspired by Mie Prefecture's popular "tonteki" delicacy, will be available.
Other dishes on offer include the visually striking "Chicken Wing Gyoza" (Miyazaki Prefecture), which is made by stuffing gyoza filling into chicken wings; "Mapo Yakisoba" (Miyagi Prefecture), an addictive combination of spicy mapo bean paste and fragrant noodles; and "Yamaguchi Prefecture Chicken Thigh Sanzoku-yaki," which is marinated in a garlic and onion soy sauce sauce and then grilled. There are around 40 different dishes on offer, including local delicacies.

■ A variety of special sweets made by pastry chefs using ingredients from around the country
The "Panna Cotta with Kito Yuzu Sauce" is a panna cotta made with a sauce made from "Kitou Yuzu," a brand of yuzu produced in Tokushima Prefecture, and generously poured over the sauce. It melts smoothly in your mouth and the fragrant, refreshing flavor of yuzu fills your mouth. The colorful lineup of sweets includes the "Kumquat Chocolate Tart" made with kumquats from Miyazaki Prefecture, and the "Apple Crumble Tart" with a delightful crispy texture.
Furthermore, we recommend the "Strawberry Brulee Parfait," the first of our live sweets, which our staff will prepare right in front of you after receiving your order. Custard cream is layered on top of strawberry jelly, sponge cake, and fresh cream, and the surface is bruléed and topped with a whole strawberry. The fragrant flavor of caramel blends with the gentle sweetness of the custard cream, harmonizing with the moderate tartness of the strawberry, making it a truly rewarding dish.

During the first period, a gorgeous menu befitting the special season from Christmas through to the New Year will be available.
During the Christmas season, the main dish will be "Christmas Roast Chicken," along with other dishes to get you in the Christmas spirit, such as "Beef Braised Pot Pie," a tender beef stew wrapped in a pie, and "Stollen," a traditional German pastry.
For the New Year's holiday season, we will be offering dishes to bring the year to a close and celebrate the new year. In addition to "Toshikoshi Soba" and "Osechi Ryori" (New Year's dishes), the second event will also feature "boiled snow crab," which is in season in winter.
During this special once-a-year period, enjoy a heartwarming and luxurious dinner buffet with your family and loved ones.
