"Expo Feeling: Summer Dinner & Sweets Buffet Around the World" will be held!

A summer-only buffet featuring original dishes and sweets created by the hotel chef and inspired by food cultures from around the world.
With a dish that captures the flavors of various countries, including Europe, Asia, and South America, you'll feel as if you're taking a "world tour of flavors."
Enjoy the world tour of the Food Expo to your heart's content in a space filled with the atmosphere of an Expo, with a wide selection of approximately 60 types of food and 20 types of sweets.

■International cuisine arranged with the hotel chef's sensibilities

From Europe, we offer dishes such as Turkish cold soup "Cacuk", French-style omonierre wrapped in salmon and sour cream, and Italian-style "Grilled scallops with pesto", arranged in a way that can only be enjoyed here. From South America, we offer seafood stew in the style of the Brazilian local dish "Moqueca", from Asia, Chinese "XO sauce stir-fry", Korean cold noodles, and Japanese-style "nigiri sushi" and "vegan sushi". In the live kitchen, we will serve the classic "roast beef made from domestic beef" right in front of you. You can also enjoy pairings with beers from around the world as an option. Enjoy a meal while feeling the "winds of the world" that spread with each dish.

We want you to enjoy many of the world's most popular sweets in bite-sized, easy-to-eat pieces. A sweet journey perfect for after-meal moments awaits you, including Austria's Linzer Torte, Portugal's Egg Tart, Australia's Lamington, America's Whoopie Pie, and China's Mango Pudding.
Furthermore, the live dessert "Shaved Strawberry Milky Parfait" is a Taiwanese-style arrangement of freshly shaved strawberries and milk. The parfait, which is prepared right before your eyes, is a refreshing treat that is perfect for the summer.

■An “upgraded menu” will be available during the Obon period from August 9th (Saturday) to August 16th (Saturday)!
