Limited-time Gelato available: Cafe Almond Bergamot, Apple and Mascarpone Spice, and Matcha
PASTRYL, the second brand of LIBER HOTEL, is introducing limited-edition Gelato made in the hotel under the supervision of Taizo Shibano, Asia's first Gelato world champion. These include "Cafe Almond Bergamot Flavor," "Apple and Mascarpone Spice," and "Matcha." Be sure to enjoy these three appealing flavors.
Cafe Almond Bergamot Flavor
Created by Kosuke Shibano, known as the "Gelato Knight," this product won first place in the bergamot category at the Silvetta Festival, an international Gelato festival held in Italy in 2024. It is a fragrant Gelato made from a combination of espresso and almond paste.
Apple and mascarpone spices
This Gelato the mellow flavor of apple and mascarpone with a hint of spices that fills your mouth.
Matcha
A well-balanced blend of the bitterness of matcha catechins and the sweetness of milk. Enjoy the flavor of high-quality matcha from Kyoto.
