PASTRYL, the second brand of LIBER HOTEL, has introduced three limited-edition Gelato made in-house under the supervision of Taizo Shibano, Asia's first Gelato world champion: "Tottori Prefecture Nijisseiki Pear and Yogurt," "Mascarpone and Pine Nuts," and "Chestnut." Be sure to enjoy these three appealing flavors.
Tottori Prefecture 20th Century Pear and Yogurt
Made with a generous amount of Tottori Prefecture's "Nijisseiki Pears," known for their fresh juice and elegant sweetness.
Combined with yogurt and fresh cream, it creates a refreshing Gelato.

Mascarpone and pine nuts
Smooth mascarpone is combined with fragrant roasted pine nuts. Gelato has a rich nutty aroma and the creamy melt-in-your-mouth texture of mascarpone.

chestnut
This popular flavor is back! Enjoy the luxurious chestnut flavor with Gelato packed with the mellow sweetness of chestnuts and marron glacé.
