The recommended "Matcha Galette des Rois" is a galette with matcha and red beans added to give it a Japanese flavor, while the "Matcha Tart" combines matcha and white chocolate with red bean paste as an accent, allowing you to enjoy a collaboration of Japanese and Western flavors.
The savory dishes also feature carefully selected dishes made with Japanese ingredients, such as "Green Tea Soba and Shiso Pasta Salad" and "Shrimp Buckwheat Galette."
