Charging the mobile battery

In recent years, cases of mobile batteries emitting smoke or catching fire have been reported both domestically and internationally.
To ensure the safety and security of all our customers,
Please observe the following when using mobile batteries in guest rooms.

• Please avoid charging near a window exposed to direct sunlight, or on flammable materials such as a bed, sheets, or curtains.
  
• Please refrain from charging your device when you are away from your room, such as when you go out.
  
• To prevent any problems that may occur while charging, please use the device in a location where you can always check the status yourself.

If the above situation is discovered during room cleaning during your stay, staff will reposition the mobile battery to ensure safety.
Please note that we may have to move the venue.
