Diaper bags, bed guards, toilet seat reducers, step stools, bedwetting pads, etc.

Preparing milk and baby food
We offer support such as preparing water for formula, warming baby food, and sterilizing baby bottles (microwave steam sterilization). Please let our staff know if you require any of these services.
We can provide you with more water if you wish.
A microwave oven is located at the back of the front desk on the first floor. Please feel free to use it.
Baby room (3rd floor)
Diaper changes and breastfeeding are available. Hot water (formula preparation device) is also provided.
*You can use the facility with your stroller.
Baggage down service
If you have a lot of luggage when you leave, we will come to your room to help you.
