There are three types of awards: Gold, Silver, and Bronze. Among the Gold categories, the "Hotel & Ryokan of the Year" award is given to facilities that have achieved particularly outstanding results and received high praise.

The JTB Popular Inns and Hotels Awards recognizes inns and hotels that have earned a good reputation for their hospitality and high level of service to customers and have made a significant contribution to the JTB Group.
In 2023, the award was presented to only three accommodation facilities in Osaka Prefecture, including our hotel.
In 2024, seven facilities were selected to represent Western Japan from the approximately 3,600 facilities affiliated with the JTB Agreement Inns and Hotels Association.
