この度、Booking.com社（本社：オランダ、アムステルダム）経由の予約において不正アクセスを受け、リーベルホテル アット ユニバーサル・スタジオ・ジャパンにおいて、Booking.com社経由で予約された一部のお客様の予約にて、以下事象を確認いたしました。

ホテルが意図していないメールがお客様へ送信されている
（フィッシングサイト*へ誘導するメッセージの配信）

*「フィッシングサイト」とは、不正な手法を用いて個人情報や金融情報を搾取するために、実在のウェブサイトを装った偽のウェブサイトの事を指します。

Booking.com社、並びに弊社では、メールやチャットを用いて、予約いただいたお客様のクレジットカード情報を求めたり、お支払いを要求することは行っておりません。お客様におかれましては、メールに記載されておりますURLへは不用意にアクセスせず、心当たりの無い場合はBooking.com社またはホテルへお問合せください。

また、お客様の個人情報が流出している可能性等も含め、Booking.com社への状況及び調査の速やかな結果報告を依頼し、また弊社においても現在調査中でございます。詳細が明らかになりましたら、随時ご報告させていただきます。

この度は、お客様へ多大なご迷惑とご心配をおかけします事、重ねて深くお詫び申し上げます。

Due to an unauthorized access to a reservation made by Booking.com (headquartered in Amsterdam, the Netherlands), we have confirmed the following incident at the LIBER HOTEL AT UNIVERSAL STUDIOS JAPAN, where some customers have made reservations via Booking.com.

An e-mail was sent to the customer that the hotel did not intend to send.
(Messages directing customers to phishing sites*)
*”A phishing site” is a fake website that pretends to be a real website in order to exploit personal or financial information using fraudulent methods.

Neither Booking.com nor we will ask you for your credit card information or request payment for your reservation by email or chat. Please do not access the URL in the e-mail and contact Booking.com or the hotel if you do not recognize the URL.

We have also asked Booking.com to promptly report the situation and the results of their investigation, including the possibility that your personal information has been leaked, and we are currently investigating the matter as well. We will report back to you as soon as the details become clear.
